IDHAYAM MANTRA

Preparation Method :

  • Place the chicken pieces in the marinade for about an hour or two.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with little oil, add in the curry leaves and green chillies. Fry till crisp and set aside.
  • Deep-Fry the chicken pieces in batches, until crispy and till it turns golden brown.
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Serve with raw onion slices and lemon wedges.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams Boneless Chicken - small bite size pieces, cleaned
  • Oil, for deep frying
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Green Chilies, 2 halved
  • Raw onion slices
  • Lemon wedges

The Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon, Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder  
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Flour
  • Few drops of Red food colour
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, to taste

    I am reading for last couple of days about astronomy.
