What purpose develop this Mobile App?

This mobile application is being developed for the purpose of collecting your employee attendance, leave and permission, reports, etc. Two types of people can use this application.

What kind of personal information we collect from you?

We collect our employee mobile number for authentication purposes. Only our authorized employee will be allowed. External mobile number is not allowed. We collect mobile number for personal authentication and OTP purpose.

What is the Secondary Validation from You?

We will send an OTP to our registered mobile number. The OTP consists of a four-digit number, and this OTP must be used for successful login. You will not allowed to login because you entered an incorrect OTP.

Application Login Information is Encrypted or Not?

Login details and user information are fully encrypted.

Which Permission we need from you?

1. 1. • External Storage: App data and storage details are external storage. The storage location also includes cache memory.

1. 1. • Phone State: User login automates one time OTP, your data will be stored in the phone state. User logging in for the second time does not need to enter mobile number and OTP. The same process will continue after the user clicks on the logout button.

1. 1. • Location Permission: We need your mobile location permission for attendance location capture.

How to manage your cookies?

A Cookie is a piece of information that our web server may send to your device when you visit the application. The Cookie helps us to recognize you when you re-visit our application and to co-ordinate your access to different pages on the application. Once registration has been done then registration is not required until the application is restored.
